I much prefer QDOLED. Better color pop, better uniformity and better text clarity. You can grab a QD 240hz for $350 direct from Dell with no sale. There's a 10% off newsletter sign-up, too.
If you want higher HZ, they just had QDOLED 500hz on sale for $550 last week.

I was looking at probably that same monitor at bestbuy I was very impressed by it 27" for $350 I'm sorely tempted. I don't need it but oled looks so good.

And technically not "dropping", simply a temporary price restructuring to rid themselves of old stock while newer stock comes in.

I.e. they want to get rid of the old models, so they can release the new models at full price. Similar to what happens with TVs every year
