Browsing past threads about this deal, it seems the deal doesn't even last a week, maybe even a couple of days.

However, it seems like they've had this offer over the last three years around the September/October timeframe. They also made the offer again last year around the November/December timeframe so with a little luck, you should be able to take advantage of this deal before the end of the year.

Every 5th post in my Instagram feed is free Kindle Unlimited and when I click the link it's always $11.99 even though I haven't had a subscription for a while now. Funny though, that yesterday when I clicked it, it was $4.99 for two months. I almost jumped on it. I just went to my IG account for the first time today, and sure enough a post came up almost right away and it was indeed free for three months. Weird.

I've done this deal probably 5 years ago and it's available again, as a Prime Member. We currently get most of our e-books from our local library via Libby. Just need to wait a bit for the very popular books though.

If signing up for this trial, can we cancel immediately, or do we need to set a reminder to cancel prior to auto-renew? Thank you.

They finally let me back into the free trial. Last one I had was like 2 years ago and they wouldn't let me use another since. So if you're in teh same boat, definitely give it a try again.

do they charge you $10 for the extension right now or you have option to cancel at end of 3 months and not pay the $10?

edit: you get charged $10 right away and no way to cancel that later 3 month plan.
