Got this same product a year ago and with discounts and S&S back then, this current deal is around 5.00 cheaper. I take this off / on to help with sleep.

This is great price, but it contains a mixture of Magnesium Oxide. Magnesium Oxide is poorly absorbed and can cause diarrhea and upset your GI lining. Magnesium Glycinate is a much better alternative and would be great if they did not mix in Oxide with it.

yup. so many people fall for this without reading carefully. What's the point of taking a combo of Glycinate and Oxide? if you're looking for Glycinate, you're looking to avoid Oxide. I bought a bottle from this company before where it was FULLY glycinate, no Oxide. avoid this one.

Glycinate is not 'better' they are different supplements for different use cases. Also SD is not the place to get nutrition advice.

Do two nulls become a non-null or double-null? Now I'm confused on what advice to take and not...

Is this good for muscle relaxation? I am having problem with muscle cramps every night but the Magnesium Glycinate bought from Costco doesn't help. Thanks

Oxide for diarrhea, Glycinate for relieving stress, improving sleep quality and easing muscle tension. I'll let you decide what's better

Well you're certainly confirming my "SD is not the place to get nutrition advice" comment.
