I mean, it was $5 for 20 years. Now it's $6 in most places. I wouldn't call an average price increase of less than 1% a year bad.
It's a 16.6% discount from the current standard price in many places. It's up to you if you think a 16.6% discount is a "great deal" or not.

It's not the same product as in the deal, but anecdotally the two Little Caesars nearest me don't even finish baking their deep-dish pizzas. The dough is wet in the middle, yummy 🤤
