This 15 film Samuel L. Jackson digital bundle stands out for the low $12.99 price and the chance to pick up a handful of fun titles. Lionsgate joining Movies Anywhere makes the collection more appealing for cross platform access, and gift cards work at checkout. The main drawback is that many of the movies are obscure or unfamiliar, and the set does not include Snakes on a Plane. It feels like a studio grouped catalog rather than a greatest hits package, which keeps the value tied to how many deep cuts you want.
Common Questions (5)
Lionsgate titles can be more attractive for cross-platform libraries because Lionsgate has joined Movies Anywhere. The bundle is still bought through connected retailers, not directly through Movies Anywhere, so MA compatibility depends on the retailer and title.
It includes a few fun movies and is considered a decent price for the set. The tradeoff is that many of the titles are obscure or unfamiliar, so the value depends on how much you want the lesser-known films.
No, because the bundle is grouped by studio and this one is Lionsgate. Snakes on a Plane is a Warner Bros. title, so it is not part of this collection.
The purchase can fail on a phone and work on a PC instead. If checkout will not process on mobile, switching to a desktop browser may solve it.
Gift cards can be used for payment. The redemption flow otherwise works like Fandango at Home, and Apple TV hardware may be the smoother option for playback.
