I have the green one and its awful. I grabbed larger batteries to see if it would work better but it doesnt. If I put it on any setting other than low it will run for 5 seconds and shut down. The batteries also glitch out on the charging dock. One of the most frustrating items. Not worth the $100 I paid

It looks like their regular 24V battery but I don't recognize the charging dock. Do you have a regular Greenworks 24V charger? Maybe it's a faulty dock causing you problems.

Yeah I have a couple other charging docks and they charge the batteries fine but I still have the same issues with the vacuum
