We are comparing it to my Apple Watch.
The good: pulse, steps, O2 sat appear to be accurate. Nice large screen and long battery life.
The bad: Watch screen is very difficult to see in bright sun. The VeryFit app bombards you with ads and links when you first open it. The ads continue but are not as intrusive later. The number of free watch faces is quite limited and not customizable. Can't get something like my "modular " Apple Watch faces.
Did not check sleep accuracy yet.
I should note that the watch is plastic not aluminum.
