Unlikely. The original Sonos One's went on sale for $99, the Era's stayed at $134. This is a really good deal for a solid speaker. I needed an additional speaker to compliment the Sonos Ones that I already own, and these blow them out the water. Significant difference in sound between the two generations.

They were $119 but haven't seen that again since. $134 seems to be the price these days.

I always thought Sonos was like Bose. Then I picked up a used Play:1 and dang, the thing is really good...and it's not even supported anymore really. It sounds better than my Zeppelin and L16 at medium volume.

I'm not about to hop onto the Sonos train until I get a new place...but if/when I do Sonos is going to be the casual audio solution.
