Strange collection of knives. No bread knife. A sausage knife. 4 tiny knives that seem to be a variation of paring knives.
Should have looked closer at this collection. Seems like it was thrown together from leftovers.
Steak knives are sharp.
Bizarrely the chefs' knives do not seem very sharp.
The wooden block is nice.
As it's German kind of disappointing.
