This adjustable weight bench stands out as a compact, foldable home gym bench that feels sturdy for the price and sets up quickly. The collapsible design makes storage easy, and it works well for general lifting, step ups, and small spaces like a garage or basement. The main drawbacks are thin padding, a narrow feel, and some reports of instability or flimsy construction, especially around the seat and legs. It is a practical budget pick if space saving matters more than premium comfort.
Common Questions (6)
The padding is reported as thin, especially where the back of the legs hits behind the knee, and the seat can feel hard. A folded T-shirt or added foam can help if you plan to use it for exercises that put pressure on that area.
It is reported as sturdy and stable for a basic home gym, with several owners saying it feels solid after tightening the hardware. It may not be ideal for commercial-gym abuse, but it works well for garage and basement setups at this price.
Yes. The collapsible design is repeatedly called out as the best feature, and owners say it folds up quickly and stores easily under a bed, sofa, or in a small garage space.
The promo code can be finicky on Amazon and may fail when pasted in. Typing it manually, refreshing the page, or revisiting the cart can make it apply correctly.
A 6-foot user says they barely fit, while a 6'7" user says it is usable for most exercises with some position adjustments. It appears workable for taller lifters, but the bench length is tight at the upper end.
Assembly is reported as very quick, with one owner saying it took about 30 seconds and another saying about 5 minutes. The bench is described as straightforward to set up once the bolts are tightened.

That being said - I will be keeping it and using it until I can't anymore. I think it's decent enough at this price for a home gym setup.
