Because it shows charging more than one at a time, and a similar cable I have DOES handle 3 devices at once on its' 3 outputs. Yes, there is ONE review that says it can only handle one at a time (while mentioning the microUSB works while charging others, so really at least 2), but several others mention charging multiple items at once, though of course at reduced speed.
