I went from Pro 2 to Pro 3 and the fit was biggest thing I noticed. I was constantly pushing the pro 2's back in for a snug fit, but the pro 3's stay in nicely. The sound quality is about the same and the noise canceling is only slightly better.

Yup and speaking from experience. Airpods Pro are great but battery and random odds and ends goes bad after 1.5-2 years so youll most likely need to use apple care

If you are using these with Android you will not be able to access all of the available features.

Features You Lose Entirely
  • Firmware Updates: You cannot update the AirPods firmware without connecting them to an iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
  • Hearing Health Stack: You lose access to the FDA-cleared hearing aid feature, custom audiogram adjustments, and Live Listen.
  • Spatial Audio: Head-tracked spatial audio and custom spatial audio profiles are disabled.
  • Find My: You cannot track lost earbuds on the Apple Find My network, ping them, or view their last known location.
  • Live Translation & Conversation Awareness: Apple-exclusive voice enhancement tools like Conversation Boost and real-time translation features are unavailable.
  • Ear Tip Fit Test: You lose the ability to run Apple's diagnostic test to see if you are using the best silicone ear tip sizes.
  • iCloud Device Switching: Seamless, automatic audio switching between your phone, tablet, and laptop requires an Apple ecosystem.
  • Siri: You can't summon "Hey Siri" or use voice commands natively through the earbuds.

Settings and Customizations
  • Control Customization: You cannot customize what a press or hold on the stems does (such as changing how noise cancellation toggles) unless you set it up on an Apple device first
  • Adaptive EQ & Auto-Pause: Features that automatically adjust the bass/mid frequencies to your ear's seal, as well as automatic ear detection (pausing music when you take a bud out), do not work out-of-the-box on Android
  • Battery Indicators: The Android status bar generally will not show the exact battery percentage of the case and both earbuds without installing a third-party app
