The 65 inch LG C5 OLED stands out for its bright, punchy picture and especially strong HDR and Dolby Vision, with OLED contrast that feels transformative compared with QLED or older LCD sets. The C5 is also favored over the B5 for brightness, and the panel quality has impressed buyers who already own LG OLEDs. The main knocks are price, with cheaper past deals and a refurbished option at Micro Center, and the bundled extras, since the Sling and Rinse credits are hard to use and the free mounting service does not include a mount.
Common Questions (4)
No. It includes free wall-mounting service, but you still need to buy a separate VESA 300x200 mount.
They can be hard to use because availability is limited by city, the credit may only work in $20 increments, and it expires after 1 year. The credit is for laundry/dry-cleaning service, not TV-related purchases.
Yes. Email LG customer service with a screenshot of your order and the current price, and an $80 difference was credited in one case. It is worth doing if you bought before the lower price.
Yes. The C5 is the better pick if brightness matters, and it is worth about $200 more than the B5 for that reason. The B5 is described as not bright enough.
