DEWALT's folding hand truck stands out as a compact, steel-frame utility cart with a 420 pound rating, flat free 7 inch wheels, and a 5 year warranty. The deal price is described as an all time low, with free shipping and an extra coupon that drops it to $91.98 through RAK Distribution. It is also available at the same price through the seller's eBay store and Amazon listing. The main hesitation is durability and real world load confidence, since the folding mechanism and 420 pound claim draw skepticism, and some heavier duty alternatives offer more capacity or different configurations.

  • The deal includes a 5-year warranty for the DeWALT folding hand truck.

  • A checkout coupon can reduce the $99.98 price to $91.98 with free shipping.

  • The folding mechanism may be easier to open than older Magna carts with springy wear.

  • The cart can be a better fit than lower-capacity folding options when higher load ratings matter.

  • The cart's advertised 420-lb capacity can be questionable based on doubts about real load handling.

  • The folding hand truck design can develop issues with the folding mechanism over time.

  • Real-world use guidance suggests limiting loads to around 60-70 lb on similar folding hand trucks.

  • A similar Milwaukee folding hand truck can arrive broken, indicating potential packaging or quality problems.

that listing is 22 days old from a brand called "KIGEMRE" has 2 reviews and no mention of any warranty. I do not know why people are picking apart this post. comparing chinese dollies and prices from 1982... this is an american top brand with a competitive price. you might not find it slick for what you think the value is, but this is by far the cheapest this product has been so I thought people would appreciate the post. lesson learned, they obviously don't
we get it buddy... you have stock in DeWalt, congrats.
it's just an SD post... go get some air.

I have a ridiculous amount of DeWalt everything. But I'm going to draw the line at a foldong handcart. There are tons of reasonably priced ones that can get the job done.

That said, for someone who really needs or wants one, this ia good price. And I have also not had DeWalt let me down.

I was about to pull the trigger when I noticed the majority reviews are from Vine accounts. I hate Vine reviews, even if the product is solid. What a shame.
Vine reviews, often are very biased. I quickly move to look for other products

I am glad to know things were cheaper back in your day. This was an all-time low for the dewalt "magna cart", which comes with a 5 year warranty and is a name brand that people trust. Sorry the price is not what it was whenever you bought something similar.
I can't attest about Dewalt being a company we can still trust but it seems just about ALL the trusted brands have failed us with their cheap s****......eg....Craftsman, Porter-Cable......La-Z-Boy, Pyrex, Levi's, Sony, Samsung...Breyers Ice Cream.... They all SUX !!!

If you are not in warehouses, what use do you have for this at home?

I just bought this one ($90/79) on Amazon last week (I think I bought one of the $79 ones, usually just damaged packaging). https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DSGN8...asin_title

Back in the day, they used to call these Magna Carts, and they didn't cost $100.
Magna cart is rated for 150lbs this one is 420lbs. Oranges and grapefruit my friend. But yeah, prices are getting out of hand. I wonder if this model is better than my magna cart in not fighting to get it open. I think the springy mechanism wears out over time, my 10-ish year old magna is a pain in the arse in that regard.

It's hard for me to take a product listing seriously when they have to Photoshop images. They can't be bothered to put real boxes on their product. Come on.

sigh... this is not milwaukee tools brand, milwaukee hand trucks are a completely different brand
The Milwaukee one is not a compact unit, and is solid and can be used in a u-boat configuration. Not really comparing apple and oranges, more like Dewalt one is a grape and Milwaukee one is a watermelon. I'm a Dewalt guy, but hands down the M is a lot better deal.
