This is a strong current-market value for a Ryzen 7 9700X and RTX 5070 Ti desktop, with a fully modular 850 watt Gold power supply and 32GB of DDR5. The power supply is considered sufficient for this class of system, and the modular cabling is a nice touch. The main knock is the 5600 MHz memory, which sits below the preferred 6000 to 6400 CL30 range for regular Zen 4 and Zen 5 chips. There is also a price pressure from nearby RTX 5080 deals and reports of Walmart cancellations and rough shipping or packaging on similar desktops, so the value depends on how much risk you want to take.

  • The desktop includes a fully modular 850W Gold-certified power supply for the build.

  • A separate $2199 RTX 5080 deal is described as strong when paired with 6400 MHz DDR5 and a Gen4 SSD.

  • The 850W Gold modular PSU is described as sufficient for this class of gaming system.

  • A comparison deal suggests shoppers can step up to an RTX 5080 for roughly 10% more money.

  • The included RAM is rated at 5600 MHz, which is criticized versus a preferred 6000-6400 CL30 range.

  • A Walmart link attempt resulted in order cancellation after a policy review flag.

  • A purchase experience described the desktop as requiring an immediate return due to poor condition.

  • A prior ABS PC with similar specs reportedly arrived heavily damaged because packaging did not fit properly.

I built this exact setup almost a year ago for half the sale price. Minus the Ti.
The market was very different a year ago. So, unless you can point us to a deal on a time machine, that data point isn't very helpful for shoppers in 2026.

I think it is an important data point that we are living in a bubble influenced by Ai demand and political trade wars.

Tried to buy this PC using the link provided. The order was cancelled by Walmart. This is what they said, "We're sorry, we had to cancel your delivery order because it was flagged by our policy review team." Can anyone tell me if there is a problem with the link that was provided above?
Problems here also.
Ended up not being able to complete the order.

Folks have been saying 'wait a few months' since last fall and it keeps getting worse with no adjustment in the future.
First GPUs, then memory, now SSDs. Shortages everywhere.

I just built it for $1680 and I had to pay the mini itx tax. $200 extra for a board, but I found a cooler master case that had an 850 watt psu and a 240mm AIO.
Are you in the U.S. I don't think it's possible to pull off for 2k in the states.

I have a neighbor stationed in Dubai and said the market is different in that region.

Right. So the market conditions are completely different than they were a year ago.

I don't know who you've been listening to, but they've got their head in the sand. Everything I've been reading, and everyone who reports on the industry has been saying that GPUs are only gonna go up, as demand for AI steadily increases. The bubble will eventually burst, but the timeline is going to be years, not a few months, and when it does, we're going to have much bigger problems than the price of GPUs.

That's a valid point, but it doesn't do jack for anyone in the market right now. And when the AI bubble finally bursts, we're going to have bigger problems than the price of GPUs.

You have no clue about the current market. Do a little research.
