The PSU at 850W Gold is sufficient for this kind of system. Modular is nice. It's good, basically.
Putting 5800 RAM is a pet peeve of mine. It's just kind of annoying.6000/6400 is like <$50 extra but if you wanted to boost this yourself, ewll that's $400-450 (minus whatever you can get from the RAM). Is that a huge difference? No. For gaming it's neglible. For anything memory-intensive (eg LLMs) it becomes more significant. I just feel like a 9800X3D or 5070Ti should have a 6000 baseline.
Community Reviews
This is a strong current-market value for a Ryzen 7 9700X and RTX 5070 Ti desktop, with a fully modular 850 watt Gold power supply and 32GB of DDR5. The power supply is considered sufficient for this class of system, and the modular cabling is a nice touch. The main knock is the 5600 MHz memory, which sits below the preferred 6000 to 6400 CL30 range for regular Zen 4 and Zen 5 chips. There is also a price pressure from nearby RTX 5080 deals and reports of Walmart cancellations and rough shipping or packaging on similar desktops, so the value depends on how much risk you want to take.
The desktop includes a fully modular 850W Gold-certified power supply for the build.
A separate $2199 RTX 5080 deal is described as strong when paired with 6400 MHz DDR5 and a Gen4 SSD.
The 850W Gold modular PSU is described as sufficient for this class of gaming system.
A comparison deal suggests shoppers can step up to an RTX 5080 for roughly 10% more money.
The included RAM is rated at 5600 MHz, which is criticized versus a preferred 6000-6400 CL30 range.
A Walmart link attempt resulted in order cancellation after a policy review flag.
A purchase experience described the desktop as requiring an immediate return due to poor condition.
A prior ABS PC with similar specs reportedly arrived heavily damaged because packaging did not fit properly.
