Yes, Nintendo Switch Online memberships stack. You can purchase and redeem multiple codes or additional subscriptions to extend your current plan, with a maximum limit of up to 3 years (1095 days) of total time on a single account.However, they only stack if they are the same type of membership (i.e., you cannot stack an Individual membership with a Family membership).

From what I am aware of, you can add the expansion after.

I started with the individual membership, then added the expansion.

You can add it on but there's no 'sale' on it. However...if you want to wait 6mos into your subscription to add the Expansion Pack, it will be 'co-termed' and prorated, so you don't pay for a year, you'd pay for expanding whatever time is remaining on your base Online subscription.

I've used Newegg for keys several times and haven't haven't had an issue. This includes video game keys as well as computer programs.

If I already have an active subscription, would this automatically extend it by 12 months? Or do I have to cancel/wait for my subscription to expire before I redeem it?

Alternatively, if it's only one account, it's much cheaper to just get an individual account and expansion. If everyone in the house can use the same account, it'll save you $45 a year.

if anyone is trying to check out with PAZE, it wont work with the above combo unfortunately... probably something in their system is preventing it... it wont show for me until i removed the 40 cent item
