I kind of worry about the longevity, mostly because I think my cats might destroy these lol... If they get a snag or run, it feels like the outer material would continue fraying. And the snap buttons for the top pillow are actually very snug (a good thing) but the material is so thin feeling that I feel like I need to slowly pry the buttons apart rather than just pull out of fear of it just ripping the other half of the button out.
But overall they are good, great size with nice elbow support and pretty stiff back support. Worth $20 easy in my opinion.
Inside my package was a warranty/reward card. I contacted the seller through the email listed on the card and provided my Amazon order number.
Process I experienced:
1. Emailed the seller.
2. Seller responded with instructions requiring a 5-star review with a product photo.
3. Left a review based on my actual experience using the pillow.
4. Added a product photo.
5. Sent the seller a screenshot of the review.
6. Seller asked whether I preferred a Walmart gift card or PayPal.
7. Provided my PayPal email.
