Got this delivered yesterday and it was in pretty much brand new condition, not a single scratch or sign of use.... the sticker on the box also stated "new" where items would normally state "refurbished" or "renewed", so I think they may have accidentally sent me a new unit in place of the refurb. In any event, I'm not complaining. All-state included a 1-year warranty, albeit not as good as the original 5yr warranty, but I'll take it. Thinking about grabbing a second unit after my positive experience with this one as a first time power station owner. :-)
