Usually when it gives you that message it will work if you try again/refresh. Amazon checkout is a little buggy when it comes to codes.

I am not a prime member. I chose the regular price, applied the code, and it worked perfectly.

Our community has rated this post as helpful. If you agree, why not thank Osaka75

Just wanted to comment to suggest people read the reviews. Below the 5* level there are a lot of negative comments. We all know that a lot of people add ratings after using a product, any product, for a short time. They may not come back after using it for awhile.
For something like this, most of us will likely only need to use it once. But you really need it to work that one time! If that one time is after the unit has been in the car trunk for 2 years it may not work. I'll also suggest trying it periodically to make sure it's working properly.
I haven't purchased a jumper from this company but did purchase an inflator. Had a problem and customer service was great! That gave me confidence to consider their jumpers over a brand with a more solid reputation like NOCO. $20 is a lot better than $100 if it works well. But after reading the reviews I'm now going to look at some LiFePO4 or other Li type of units that is better with heat than this battery chemistry.

If you leave your car in the sun without a window cracked open, I wouldn't. I'm in the Central Valley, but leave a window cracked and a sunshade up.

You could look into a Super Capacitor instead of a battery.
