I was gonna take my chances and buy one. Cashier attempted to activate the card and got an error message saying unable to activate, refund customer.
I got the $20 ecb and the refund at the end because the store couldn't activate.

I think there's a glitch where it didn't reset in their system to generate a new one for you, I'd definitely call their customer service line and tell them you didn't get it, they can issue it to your account if you are due the $20.
