The key to a more successful AliExpress purchase is that never buy from a vender that has no reviews. This vender has 9, not many, but at least he has some and they are good reviews. Another thing is that AliExpress really needs their vendors to have good reviews and as a result, the vendors often reach out to you and beg you to either keep the items or refund you as much as 80% when you are not happy with the product, in exchange for a good review.

Same exact cart is $117 at Lowe's, $108 direct from Vevor, so this seems like a really good deal - but man, my own personal experience using AliExpress gives me major heebie-jeebies about buying anything at all from them. Just don't know if the stress/hassle is worth even the great savings for a type of item I've been looking to get.

Succebuy is VEVOR on AliExpress. Pretty safe and ships from primarily from US warehouse.

At this price and I don't need it tomorrow. I will bite. I have had problems with sellers on Alie but have always gotten my money back when problem arises.
