It's off the already discounted online prices. For example, a P/N: 90915-YZZD1 oil filter with an $6.57 MSRP and an online price of $4.52 would be $3.62 during the sale.

Where is everyone buying oil filters ? I used to buy off eBay but no longer trustworthy due to counterfeit. I usually buy by case

I usually buy from a Toyota dealer's ebay storefront. But, for this deal you can buy online and pickup at your local dealer, unless you already meet the free shipping threshold.

In the past, participating dealers were either in the Southeast or nationwide. When the sale begins tomorrow, you'll just have shop around for the best price. I don't think there's an easy way to check multiple dealer's pricing.

Someone already answered your question, but I'll chime in a bit to help since I had to do some research before taking advantage of their last sale. For reference I'm on the west coast. When I browsed the dealership near me, the prices were higher than the ones that were on the east coast. Some dealership in the mid west and east coast either had their own sale price or just in general had a lower price point, so with the sale discount on top, it came out much lower than what was offered around me. Someone even made a list of dealerships you should shop at first for the lowest price in the previous post, so you might want to refer to that first, before doing the work yourself.

I'm not seeing any additional discount on rotors and brake pads from the prices I wrote down yesterday - before the 20% sale started. Do you have to actually go to the end where you're about to hit "place your order" ?

I reloaded the "check out" page and now the discounts show up. Here is what they look like. I'm shopping the Decatur location. It did have the lowest prices for my items. I only check 4-5 other dealer locations near me. They all had slightly different/higher prices.

This sale excludes accessories. I'm pretty sure a roof rack is considered an "accessory" instead of a "part".
Unfortunately, you missed out on a sale for accessories earlier this year. I'm sure another sale for accessories will pop up before the end of the year.
