I think it will. Still have my Ultra 2 and would not mind the AW Ultra 3 at this price, but would rather wait a few months and see what the AW Ultra 4 offers, as the 2 is really not a much of an upgrade over the 3.

I have the AW 2 Ultra but mine is one of the last models that had the blood oxygen app built into the watch, before the Masimo patent dispute, which lead Apple to disabling the software on all newly imported watches, anything after Jan 18, 2024. I got the watch at the end of 2024 and had to search for the specific part number. Funny enough, Costco was the last retailer that had it brand new, and it sold out within an hour of me buying it.
Apple created a work around for watches without it, but it requires a phone paired with the watch and the data is processed and read from the health app on the phone itself instead of the watch. It still works just fine but if you don't have your phone nearby or paired, you won't be able to see the data. It isn't a huge deal but I can see how that could potentially be inconvenient.

Apple trade in can give you Apple store credit for other purchases too, don't need to get a watch.
