The Logitech G29 or G920 have been posted so many times in the last month and are perfect for Forza, yes they're more money but they're also entry level serious wheels. They're not direct drive or anything, but there's no way that these are really refurb. They don't have the improved force feedback of the G923, but it's also $140:
