Scott Rapid-Dissolving Toilet Paper is a septic friendly 1 ply option that works well for RV and older sewer lines. It is fairly soft and durable for a single ply roll, and long term use has been positive in homes with fragile plumbing. The tradeoff is that it is not especially cushy and does not dissolve as fast as the name suggests. Pricing also appears to vary at checkout, with the deal landing lower for some carts than others.
Households with older sewer lines, because it is soft enough for regular use while still staying durable.
RV and septic owners with narrow plumbing, because it is made for tiny pipes and still dissolves slowly enough for use.
Caregivers managing heavy toilet paper use, because it can reduce how much regular paper is needed each time.
Shoppers wanting plush, cushy toilet paper, because it is a thin 1-ply sheet.
People expecting premium bathroom tissue, because it can feel like rough off-brand gas-station paper.
Anyone who needs rapid breakup in the bowl, because it does not dissolve that fast.
