Scott Rapid-Dissolving Toilet Paper is a septic friendly 1 ply option that works well for RV and older sewer lines. It is fairly soft and durable for a single ply roll, and long term use has been positive in homes with fragile plumbing. The tradeoff is that it is not especially cushy and does not dissolve as fast as the name suggests. Pricing also appears to vary at checkout, with the deal landing lower for some carts than others.
Common Questions (4)
This Scott toilet paper is 1-ply. It is not a 2-ply product, so it is thinner than cushier multi-ply options but still intended to be durable enough for regular use.
Yes, it is aimed at septic systems, RVs, and older sewer lines with smaller pipes. It is used specifically because it breaks down better than standard toilet paper while still holding up during use.
It is designed for RV and septic use, but it does not dissolve instantly or "mid-wipe" fast. The paper is still usable for normal wiping while being made to break down more readily in tiny pipes and septic systems.
Yes, the checkout total can come in lower depending on the coupon and Subscribe & Save setup. One reported total was $15.59 after the deal applied.
