They are a large marketplace of third-party sellers with varied results. More like a bazaar or buying cameras from a store in Brooklyn. They expect you to pay close attention and know what you are doing.
The platform itself is legitimate, it's owned by Alibaba, one of the largest e-commerce companies in the world. But the sellers on it vary wildly in quality and reliability.

Watch the item descriptions vs photos. People like to show you photos of the upgraded product and sell you the lesser one. Or show a five pack, but it says in description you only get one. AliExpress is fairly loose on this. Likewise, photos will be greatly fake or AI on size, etc. Read the description and measure it out yourself.

Also watch out for checkout bugs. Their system can be flakily, and the price can literally change at the last moment, so double check totals before that final click. I always use third-party pay sight to hide my CC information from them.

Don't expect Amazon speed, and customer service (although the latter has been lacking lately). Look at the buyer rating and history. If it is too good to be true, it is.

AliExpress Buyer Protection is a thing but be aware you are dealing with a very large company and language barrier. Make sure your proof is iron clad. If I bought something more than $200, I think I would film opening the box, etc. I stick to deals listed in US warehouses.

Great deals are out there, but you have to know how to navigate it. There are plenty of good sellers on there, that really care about their reputation. But, it's a flea market, and exchange rates change often, so prices are not anchored to USD. Likewise, coupons can be restricted for many reasons, and revoked up to the last moment of the sale.

Don't forgot about the 14% CB...
Also, the new updates brought the "print from app" features. Printed off 3 things just to feel it out and it works great. I heard they are currently working on a website similar to makerworld that will have sliced files for flashforge machines, so it will be click print and go!

Why it says this item can't be shipped to your address without even been added to cart?

Make sure you are logged in, and have a country, location, address, etc in your profile.

Also, manually type in any Coupon Code.
