Psp and dreamcast will run but not every game will run 100 percent. Everything below that will run like butter.

They generally run android, or, as in this case, linux. In theory, either could run a browser. In practice, though, the linux options are very specialized toward retro gaming.

It's usually easiest to pop out the microSD card and manage roms by plugging a card adapter into a PC or laptop.

I've heard that the CrossMix OS is the way to go with this unit. Has anyone here used CrossMix?

I bought this from a previous deal and liked the device, though both the default OS and CrossMix were a chore for some people to pick up and use. I ended up loading MinUI (https://github.com/shauninman/MinUI) on it and that was very streamlined to just get people into playing a game. You lose a lot of configuration but if all you want to do is pick up and play, I'd recommend checking it out. This was mainly used for pre-PS1 gaming, which it had no issues handling, though it was a bit overkill for that purpose.

Crossmix is the way to go if you want to use it for stuff like PSP and Portmaster. It brings a few enhancements to the stock OS but the biggest thing is performance for certain emulators
