Charge Lenovo T480s without using USB-C?

What is a decent docking station: Model 40A9, Model 40AS, Model 40AC?
Have about 3 Lenovo chargers:
First one that stayed at home, gave this warning on and off - Charger is Lower wattage than the one supplied...." - now it stopped charging. Also the charging indicator light, Orange/White does not work reliably. I also reset through the pin hole underneath.
So used the second-one from my back pack - it worked fine for a day - Orange/White light came back on. A day later, its square 1! 2nd charger has issue? Can the laptop damage the charger?
I do not see another way of charging this thing - Laptop works perfect! I do not think that it has any warranty. There is a whole list of people complaining:

Are there reliable laptops that come with barrel charger?

Power reset
Default BIOS settings.
Tried a different USB-C port - there are 2 next to each other
