At 4600 you're still getting a great deal but it's crazy to think I bought this (with 9700x only difference) for 3600 after tax in feb
The HP Omen has a bad review on youtube, but from what I saw it wasn't this build it was an Intel one. Still, HP proprietary parts like the mobo definitely stink. The GPU can be removed tho and put into another build. I read it's a true 3 slotter if people are wondering on size.
$1500 more out the door is high. $600 if I adjust the specs since this ones has better specs. I will wait longer lol

Too bad I don't have EPP. I may have gotten it.
I ended up with a decent detail.
$4,734.73. (slightly more than with EPP)
but I got a free HyperX Origins 2 Pro 65 keyboard that is MSRP $149.99
so if I adjust for that = 4734.73 - 149.99 keyboard value = $4584.74. This is MORE expensive than my Legion 5090 but whatever, a few hundred boxes, hopefully not a big deal and I didn't overpaid too much since good deals are hard to find.
Slicker than the EPP itself (assuming the keyboard is worth that much).
What I did --- I wanted to check for my EPP price.
I chatted them to confirm EPP - apparently I have it, just didn't know it.
Then they did some of what they do with upsell on warranty etc and threw in the keyboard.
wanted me to buy other stuff but I don't need and ended up with a better deal (adjusted for the freebie KB). I didn't wanna check change the deal by ordering with EPP myself so I let her win a "deal" to up her call center stats. She got a happy ending and so did I.
Thanks OP!
This is a lot slicker than the 32GB 1TB Omen I posted and it was only like $400 more. but I got 64GB, 3 more TB storage + free keyboard. for $400 extra. good deal to me... I did have to pay more taxes but whatever... sucks.
