Kid didn't like it because the wheels are on tracks. It doesn't move nicely so you have to push down pretty hard to move it forward and backwards. Imho, save your money

Sounds like your kids need to toughen up. My (now 4 year old) son has consistently played with this for several years. Well constructed and a bargain at $15
