Some warning on this. I purchased this exact set for my daughter and was frankly shocked at how small the books/print are. I sent these back but some might be inclined like the smaller size. To each their own.

Indeed..."pocket" is an important part. 4.25 x 3.76 x 5.88 inches. The 3.76 is the width of all 4 books in the set as it sits on your bookshelf, thus each book is 4.25 by nearly 6 inches.
