These have always been $0.98. The pail is pretty small and the shovel is flimsy. Kids could still have fun with it though, I guess.

I don't even have kids, I was just looking for a cheap little shovel to scoop sand from a 50lb. sand bag I bought at Lowe's. It worked great.

I hate to say what I envisioned this for. But 98 cents shipped.

probably have small uses in garden too.
