These have always been $0.98. The pail is pretty small and the shovel is flimsy. Kids could still have fun with it though, I guess.
This one is a bigger pail with a MUCH sturdier shovel: https://www.walmart.com/ip/Playda...7450751742

I don't even have kids, I was just looking for a cheap little shovel to scoop sand from a 50lb. sand bag I bought at Lowe's. It worked great.
