Pretty good deal in the current market. And if you have a light colored build aesthetic you are going for, deals on white(ish) cards are less common. Triple 8 pin on a 9070 XT seems excessive to me. Not sure if the 2x HDMI ports share bandwidth like the Sapphire models do.

it was definitely an XT. gone within seconds and i doubt they had more than 2 units

You can daisychain dp monitors. I don't know what that does for performance.
