They gave me an Amazon refund. Support was no issue and easy to deal.
A charge will give me like 60% I think. Something like that.
If anyone has a broken charging port (and are too cheap to buy a new phone) I highly recommend this type of charger (and get a MagSafe case if yo don't have one)
The one I have is narrow enough that it's not too uncomfortable in my pocket
