I don't think these are the ones that Project Farm recommends

These and the Knipex cobras are my 2 favorite and most used pliers, general use or whatever.

This turned up in my deals alerts... Definitely NOT a "Deal".

Price history for these same pliers show nearly half this price just a few years ago.

And I don't want to hear any BS answers like "inflation" or "tariffs" as the rationale for the ~100% price increase.

The most tariffs would add is ~15% above the original ~$20 - $25 reseller cost. So ~+$3 even if tariffs were currently in place and 100% passed along to the buyer.

Also the cost to build these in established Knipex factories has not changed significantly in the last 3 years.

Theses are over priced at $64 per pair - Period.

I'll wait for a reasonable deal when they are back in the $40 range.

I don't get the hype on these. I have a couple pairs of their slip joints but grab one of my channels every time over the Knipex.
