If you live somewhere with inexpensive LP or natural gas and you already own the equipment this probably isn't a deal you'd be interested in, but for others watching their fossil fuel heating bills climb significantly the past several years this is a way to get off that escalator.
For the 110V,you run the same one wire, you will still need to install a breaker (single pole instead of the two pole). I'm not sure how this is way harder

its just for a 1,000 sq ft, 12ft tall wall shop AC in the summer, so I'm really only going to run it 4 months a year. Not worried about the power consumption difference since its about $8 more a month looking at the SEER rating.
The only difference I see is that the head unit is larger and outdoor unit is larger. I want app support. Would the larger head unit be better for a large, single room over the 17k for the $200 more? I have read not to oversize, too.
EDIT: I think I found what will make it worth it... 5yr vs 8yr warranty and 412CFM vs 765CFM airflow. Way more air flow and a longer warranty make it worth that. Its a bigger physical unit inside and outside, but the power savings will chip away at that.

Does anyone happen to know if they still warranty if the installation isn't done by a certified HVAC professional?
