I am not a bulova fan but I think the specs for what you get are decent. I think you're better off spending similar money on a microbrand like Spinnaker or Paul Rich. I'm also not a fan of green watches. As far as divers go, this one isn't the prettiest.

Spinnaker has come a long way……wouldn't be caught dead in a Paul Rich fashion watch though. Specs here are strong for price- iconic devil diver with 666' depth rating, double dome sapphire crystal with anti-glare coating, raised and applied indices. Miyota isn't a detractor for me, any more than a NH34 or 35. Can't argue with green as color is subjective. I don't own any green watches either that don't have a gold case.

I like the orange version of the Devil Diver much better.

I'm a huge fan of Bulova and this deal is a huge miss IMO. Far too expensive for such a large, thick watch with no especially unique characteristics to justify the cost. Even if it were brand new I would say $341 is overpriced.Also, if you like Bulova (like me), you should instead be buying their 262khz quartz watches that are actually special for their brand -- not some random off the shelf movement. There are far far better automatic options at this price range.
