I placed an online order on 5/28 and picked it up on 6/2. When I picked it up, I confirmed the price was indeed $500. Right after that, I placed a second online order at the same price and picked up another one on 6/8, also for $500. If you're interested, it may be worth checking your local store's inventory and online pricing, as availability and pricing may vary by location.

This PNY GeForce RTX 5070 Ti deal is a store dependent clearance price that can land anywhere from about $400.99 to $799, with the standout pickup price around $500 and occasional in store adjustments from a much higher online price. The card has been successfully ordered, re rung, shipped, or picked up at several locations, and some stores even included the bundled game. The main catch is that pricing and stock vary sharply by location and can flip back to full retail, so the lower price is not consistently honored. A strong clearance find if the local store shows the right number.

  • In-store pickup can trigger a large price adjustment when the POS shows the clearance amount at checkout.

  • The card can still be a strong value at higher clearance prices like $699 when the in-store clearance applies.

  • Some stores allow ordering at the reduced in-store price even when the pickup location lacks stock.

  • Best Buy's return window can let you attempt price matching across locations before committing to the purchase.

  • The reduced pricing is highly location-dependent and can ring up at retail levels like $799 or $999.99 instead.

  • Some employees may refuse to honor the low in-store deal, cancel orders, or block additional ordering due to warehouse stock concerns.

  • Online pricing may not reflect in-store POS pricing, so employees checking via the website can report the card as not on clearance.

  • Factory quality control issues like dust, silicone residue, and fingerprints on protective film can require returning or exchanging the card.

I def didn't come out so lucky on this one, smh. Must've been a loophole that Best Buy has since clogged up.

Yea, it seems like someone posting a deal that they don't actually want anyone to get...

For anyone who made it this far in the comments, but still hasn't figured out what's going on. The cards are on clearance, (so price varies by store.) Pretty much all stores with a clearance price of $500, will be OOS, but they're still allowing them to be ordered for Ship-to-Store pickup, at the regular price, but when you get to the store, they (might) re-ring the sale, which would then be at the local store's clearance price.

Frankly, this seems like a pretty obvious pricing loophole, that I would expect to have closed 10+ years ago, but I wonder if certain products just fall through a gap that corporate has found or fixed yet?

Just ordered this, but for $699. It shows as $999 online, but at the store, they have the clearance price. Not as good as $500, but still a pretty slick deal. Out of stock at the store, so it is shipping directly to my house.

Would like to know also. I was able to order one in store at Colma California for $799 back in 5/31 and it got shipped me to on 6/2. Heard Mt. View had it for $699 but I didn't make the drive. Will go back to get a refund and pick up another for my college kid if anybody seen $500.

Anyone have any luck in the Raleigh NC area? Went to 3 different BB's during the $300 5060 deal but every store was ringing up $519-539 so guessing this isn't going to be heavily discounted either.

The one in Gilroy had the 5060ti 16gb for $300 so I assumed they would have had this one, maybe it'll pop up at $500 there within the next couple of days, probably wishful thinking though.
