Blade was targeted at surfers/beachgoers, hence the saltwater resistance and some design notes for that crowd, like straps along the bottom to loop your towel through, easy-access sunglasses pouch, and a compartment thats designed to hold fins (not sure how thats different from just a traditional compartment though).
Enduro is a bit more general with its water-resistant coating for rain and has a more traditional Oakley design language i.e. utilitarian. Enduro is a bit bigger both on the main compartment and as you said, many additional pockets.
From the description the Blade can fit 15" laptops while Enduro fits 17"...but I think you might be able to get a 17" into the blade as well, just a bit snugger. Interestingly, from the stats I could find, their weights are pretty much identical, I would have thought the Enduro to be a bit heavier.
