I haven't used these before. Would it impact the food being cooked because it's not fully exposed to the air like if you weren't using a splash guard?

No, I don't think this is supposed to have any impact on the cooking. I've never noticed any difference.

My warehouse was 25 bucks. The delivery price from Instacart was 7.00. I had to add fillers to get to the 35.00 minimum. I chose green grapes for my wife. Cheaper than my grocery store and 2 -3 packs of Simply Orange juice. 1.50 off the grapes and 2.00 for delivery tomorrow.
