I bought one. It was shipped and sold by walmart but the shipping label said vipoutlet on it. The box had been opened on and was taped shut, but otherwise it seemed to be a brand new tv

Got it delivered today. Box was opened and the. Taped closed. Looks brand new with everything still in sealed bags. Stand screws were there too which I have found to be often missing with open box TVs.
