I picked this up on the last deal. Solid arm. No regrets. My desk has a metal lip near the edge underneath that prevented me from clamping the arm down without a hack. I pulled a book near the same thickness (a little over) and placed that under the desk right next to the lip to match the height. So clamped it down on both the lip and the book. Worked great and now have a very sturdy and working 'floating' monitor and a bit more desk space.

Glass desks usually have crossbars to support the top (mine has crossbars and wires) A C-clamp might work if it can clear the bars. And you may need to sandwich something if the glass isn't thick enough. (I use unfinished wood display bases)

I just got this and it seems to be from bestqi, and the monitor arm seems to have no brand label, unlike the other huanuo ones i have gotten before. Is this normal?

Edit: ok nvm, seems like huanuo is owned by bestqi.

I was able to mount up my 34" ultrawide without any issues after adjusting the tensioning screw. It's on the very limit of the weight capacity. I did not have any issues with running all of my cables through the cable management brackets. Everything fit including the PSU plug for my PC. I think those that struggle with it don't know that you can lift the bracket off one side and it will fit any cable you need it to fit.
