I bought a $20 bidet attachment from Amazon 3 years ago. No electricity, no warm water or air, been flawless. Wonder if it's time to upgrade for my tush, but this one is 10x the price....

The heated seat is the magic. The rest not so much.

Is this tankless?
Nope, not a good deal; there are better ones for this pruce range!

Absolutely.

I have an $1,150 Toto Washlet S7A in my master and a $90 Brondell in my guest bathroom that I added later.

I didn't know if I would have an issue with no heated seat and no heated water, but being completely honest, the non -heated water isn't an issue at all. Not once have I used it and thought this is shocking or uncomfortable. It's just a non issue. The heated seat is nice in the winter, but again, a non-issue. And for the units that air dry? Even the Toto air dryer I used probably 3 times when I first got it, it's just inadequate. I still end up drying with a few squares of paper.

So yeah, don't spend more than $100 on a bidet unless you just have extra money and want the creature comforts.

So how is "pro" bidet this better than a $15 "cheap" bidet?

This will last one month longer than the warranty period. I've had two Totos for seven years with zero issues and my only BioBidet didn't make it much over two.
If you bite, ensure you use a card that gives an extended warranty, but I'd recommend Toto over this.

I bought the model USPA 6800U back in 2019. After 2 years the heated seat function stopped working. They warrantied it be sending me just the seat (the part you sit on) at a discounted rate plus shipping. So it wasnt even a free replacement. And since it was just the seat, I was given instructions on how to take apart the system to be able to unplug the small cable to remove and replace the seat. While this was not a big deal for me, someone who does not have tools or is afraid to be near circuit boards could be an issue. Now in 2026, it leaks ever so slightly, no longer sprays on your tush, night light no longer works, but the heated seat still functions. 🤣 I do not remember what I paid, but it was a on slick deals and I am fairly positive I paid over $200 on sale. When it worked, it was amazing! Maybe I got a lemon, but I can not justify risking paying so much for what feels like a product that needs replacing. I do have a crappy manual non heated $20 one in the second bathroom. And while I do feel like a peasant using that one vs the Bio Bidet one, it at least still works.
We have the same one. And yep, heated seat stopped working about 2 years in. Otherwise still works, though sometimes (not every time!) water leaks from the retracted wand area even minutes after the bidet shut down. Next one will be a TOTO if they ever go on sale

Do you remember how much they charged you for the replacement seat? My heated seat no longer works on the same model as well.

I got a BioBidet BLISS BB-1700 in 2021 from a Slickdeal. Still works great! Love it! Though I think that's a higher end model than this one?

Pretty sure i got the same Slickdeals as you in 2019, glad i did. The great covid tp shortage. My heater went out after 18 months. Same offer to replace, never did. But everything else works great.
