I think you would be better off spending two extra dollars for the D2 Ozark Trail knife from Walmart.
Those D2 Ozark Trail knives are nice but they are one of those thinner narrower knives, which you pretty much can only use on lighter duty jobs. I have 2 by the way.

Also the heat treatment yields wildly inconsistent HRC test results with the OT, since they are so popular it's been tested many times and they're all over the place so you're taking a chance there too.
My kid is a lefty. Honestly never thought about it before. Most traditional actions are designed for right handed people. This, with the "release nub" on both sides is awesome! He has been having fun practicing single hand deployment and retractions.
