While this is an inexpensive knife, the mystery stainless steel doesn't bode well.

I think you would be better off spending two extra dollars for the D2 Ozark Trail knife from Walmart.

Those D2 Ozark Trail knives are nice but they are one of those thinner narrower knives, which you pretty much can only use on lighter duty jobs. I have 2 by the way.
