This Ricoh 15.6 inch OLED touchscreen monitor stands out for its sharp picture, light weight, and easy single USB C hookup with a laptop. The panel is described as terrific and the display quality is praised as a big upgrade over clunkier portable LCDs. It is display only, with no HDMI input, no 3.5 millimeter audio out, and the 150BW is the battery version. Touch on MacOS and single cable power from some phones remain uncertain, so it fits best when USB C compatibility is straightforward.
The monitor can deliver strong picture quality while staying lightweight for portable use.
The monitor can connect to a laptop using a single USB-C cable for convenient setup.
The monitor can be easy to use once it arrives, even after an initial shipping timeline mix-up.
The display panel can feel very good in real use, with at least one buyer calling the panel terrific.
The monitor lacks an HDMI input and relies on USB-C, which can limit device compatibility.
The monitor may require more power than some phones provide, since a Samsung S25 Edge reportedly could not power it with a single cable.
Touch functionality on macOS can be unclear, with feedback described as inconsistent and uncertain.
Amazon pricing can swing widely due to third-party listings, which can make the $119.98 deal unreliable to repeat.
