From the specs it has one m.2 slot that is filled, so you have to remove the 256GB drive for more storage. A waste but OK. RAM is soldered and not upgradable. I would be really interested if you could upgrade the memory. It will probably be a good machine but long term the storage will be the issue if left as is.

Ty I was concerned about the storage and memory upgradeability

Being limited to 8GB in 2026 is a huge dealbreaker. My laptop is currently using 17.4GB of RAM and all I have open is Chrome and some background apps. 16GB of RAM would make this a steal even with it being soldered.
Good price for a backup laptop but 8 gigs is limited
Can't really expect much for $300.
Mind, I have 6-8 year old laptops with 8GB RAM and they're perfectly usable. To be honest, for web browsing and the like, there's no noticeable performance difference compared to our desktop with 32GB RAM. The laptops are probably hitting the pagefile but with NVMe SSDs, the performance hit isn't bad.

You have chrome configured incorrectly by the way lol. They have memory saver features. Might want to try it sometime.
Perfect portable machine for someone who does light bookkeeping, watches youtube videos, or just needs a portal for online storage of videos/photos.
I wouldn't call it perfect but it's certainly good enough for basic usage.
I'm tempted to get one as a beater for air travel. It's 1 lb lighter compared to my current 15" laptop and it can use the same USB-C PD charger as my phone and tablet so no need to carry a separate charger for the laptop.
