Fyi its 10g for 1 pack and 2 pastries, not per pastry.

Also TONS of sugar. These are essentially unhealthy snack foods with a bit of protein.

better off getting top ramen and eating that as one soup often had 12g.

I guess, if you are on a dirty bulk and were going to eat poptarts anyways? But then, I think whey + regular poptarts tastes better and is cheaper. Which is the problem with almost all of these protein fortified foods.

Brands are just slapping protein on the label and charging your premium for anything these days. 380 cal and 10 g of protein is not a protein snack. The legendary brand pop tarts are the far superior choice.

You should always aim for 1 gram of protein per 10 cal or settle for slightly worse, but 38 cal per gram is crazy.
