is the foam insert just the saw or does it fit a battery and charger?

I just got mine. It comes without the foam even though the description tells me you it does. I called customer service. The agent refunded me $74. SO I got this whole deal for around $200 with tax. (YMMV)

How did u get $74 back. Only gave me $50.
Fyi.. the foam does not seem to be included.

The foreign sounding telephone agent said she could not get a hold of somebody to ask about the foam so that is what she gave me. The refund set in PayPal for a few days but just hit my bank account Thursday.
